Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods

Damaged or Defective Items
Our products are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, please note:
- Items made of paper or cardboard cannot be guaranteed against damage during delivery.
- Delivery is handled by third parties and does not include insurance for damages or losses.
We strongly recommend picking up your products in-store to ensure safe handling. Once dispatched, responsibility for the items transfers to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). For such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after approval and receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
