Foiling (Hot Stamping) is a premium metallic finishing technique used in our box manufacturing process to create a luxury, reflective gold effect on logos, brand names, and design elements.

This process uses a custom-made metal die, heat, and pressure to transfer metallic foil onto the box surface. It produces a sharp, elegant, and long-lasting metallic finish that significantly enhances brand perception.

Hot stamping is the recommended method for bulk production and high-end packaging.

🔥 Primary Method – Hot Foil Stamping (For Medium to High Volumes)

Process Overview:

1. Custom brass/metal die is manufactured based on your artwork.

2. Die is heated.

3. Metallic foil is pressed onto the box surface.

4. Foil transfers only to the designed area.

✨ Alternative Method – Toner Reactive Foiling (For Low Volumes)

For short runs, samples, or small quantity orders, we offer Toner Reactive Foiling as a flexible solution.

This is a digital foiling technique where metallic foil bonds to toner-printed areas using controlled heat — no metal die required.

• Prototypes

• Event-based small quantities

• Personalized names

• Short-run packaging

• No die cost

• Cost-effective for small quantities

• Faster setup

• Suitable for customization

⚠️ Limitations

• Slightly less deep metallic effect compared to hot stamping

• Not ideal for very large production runs
