Durable solid-color printing for boxes using mesh Screen Printing process. Ideal for bold logos and kraft packaging surfaces.
Screen Printing is a traditional and highly durable printing method used to apply solid color designs onto packaging surfaces using a mesh screen and ink transfer process.
In our box manufacturing process, a stencil (screen) is prepared for each color in the artwork. Ink is then pushed through the mesh screen onto the box surface, creating bold, opaque, and long-lasting prints.
Screen printing is especially effective for simple logos, large solid areas, and specialty inks where strong color opacity and durability are required.
🔍 How It Works
Artwork is separated by color layers.
A mesh screen is prepared for each color.
Ink is applied and pressed through the screen onto the box surface.
Printed surface is dried and cured for durability.
Each color requires a separate screen setup.
