Hot Lamination – Gloss or Matte Protective Finish
Rs.1.00
Hot Lamination is Protective gloss or matte film applied using heat for enhanced durability, smooth finish, and premium box appearance.
📌 Product Description
Hot Lamination is a finishing process where a thin protective plastic film (Gloss or Matte) is applied to printed box surfaces using heat and pressure.
In our box manufacturing process, the printed paperboard sheet passes through heated rollers where lamination film bonds firmly to the surface. This enhances durability, improves appearance, and protects the print from moisture, scratches, and wear.
Hot lamination is widely used for premium packaging to improve both aesthetic quality and structural strength.
🔍 How It Works
Box artwork is printed (Digital or Offset).
Lamination film (Gloss or Matte) is placed over the printed sheet.
Heated rollers apply pressure to bond the film.
Laminated sheets proceed to die-cutting and box conversion.
The film becomes permanently attached to the surface.
