UV DTF Printing

UV DTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) is a modern decorative printing technique used to apply vibrant, high-gloss designs onto box surfaces without traditional plate making or screen preparation.

In our box manufacturing process, the artwork is printed using UV-curable inks onto a special transfer film. The printed design is then laminated and transferred directly onto the box surface using pressure. The result is a raised, glossy, durable branding element with excellent color vibrancy.

UV DTF is ideal for adding logos, graphics, or decorative elements to rigid boxes, magnetic boxes, corrugated boxes, and specialty packaging.

🔍 How It Works

1. Artwork is digitally printed with UV ink onto a PET film.

2. Adhesive layer is applied and cured under UV light.

3. Transfer film is placed on the box surface.

4. Design is pressed and peeled, leaving a glossy raised print.

No metal die or printing plate required.
